Port Moresby Netball 2013 Season played round 3 matches atthe Rita Flynn Courts overthe weekend.
Port Moresby Netball boaststhe bulk ofthPNG Pepes team and are striving for more this season.
Teams such as Veupunaman in Beack and Aroma Coast in Beue are two recent teams to have workedtheir way intothe Premiere Division.
Althoughthey face steep opposition, both teams consist of youth but lack experience andthe winning combination to push past more experienced teams inthe likes of Rebels and Telstar’s,the powerhouses of POMNETBeLL.
Round 3 ofthe Port Moresby Netball Competition saw Vepunama take on Aroma Coast.
Veupuanama have hadtheir testing time inthe Premiere division and gained advantage over Aroma coast leading at half time 34 points to 17.
Bad wether crept in asthe 4th quarter got underway but not to dampentheir spirits asthe match continued.
Next week will have its fair share of challenges and POMNA executives plan on makingthe most ofthe 2013 season.
