The PNG Party is confident of forming government.
Vocal member and Deputy Party leader, Sam Basil is calling on independent candidates already declared and those yet to be to join PNG Party.
Speaking at his declaration on Monday, the member elect said the 2012 Election failed many and that PNG will introduce a bio-metric system in the next General Election.
