The man who championedthe fight to get Hela Province, Andrew Wabiria has dlied aged 75.
He first broughtthe motion to have Hela separate fromthe Southern Highlands Province inthe 1974 House of Assembly.
Wabiria dlied just days afterthe first budget for the new Hela Province was handed down.
