HEALTHY LIVING WITH MILA highlights proper exercise, nutrition & cooking and healthy tips across Papua New Guinea.
The production team will follow Mila and her guests as she visits villages all across Papua New Guinea teaching the locals on how to exercise within their own means, how to achieve a healthy and balanced diet and healthy tips on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
The show will highlight the different health concerns that Papua New Guineans face along with the simple day-to-day practices that can help and alleviate these concerns.
The premiere episode of this show, Mila and co-host Mirou show us the fitness guide of squats & lunges. Then we are joined by Chef James of the Royal Papua Yacht Club who cooks up a deliciously healthy Steamed Fish & Seafood parcel. And finally, we map the mind into fitness and health and introduce the viewers challenge.
