Eda Ranu not delivering to city residents – Parkop

Water is essential for survival yet NCD Governor Powes Parkop is concerned that Eda Ranu has not delivered to the city residents and wants the functions transferred back to NCDC.

Twenty years ago, an agreement of Transfer was signed with JC-KRTA Consulting group from Malaysia with the idea for this company to invest in Port Moresby, build Eda Ranu’s capacity to improve their service and then transfer it back to NCDC.

But it has not happened.
