New Irelanders have been urged to collectively contribute positively to education in the Province by exercising their roles effectively in building the capacity of its human resource.
This came to light during the weeklong Education Exhibition in the Province.
New Irelander and Professor Dr Kalap Kelep Malpo says that will come to fruition when we all unravel and experience the self-discovery process,β she said.
Knowing who you are will help you make practical and realistic decisions on your roles and how you contribute to education, as parents, as members of the society, as leaders, as teachers and as students.
Students and non-school leavers are urged to discover their personality traits and character to align to career choices.
βIn that way, your strengths are fully utilized and you build yourself intellectually while discovering growing aspects of the holistic being that you are,β she said.
Attitude is the key to excel and the time is ripe for New Irelanders to shift shift to the next dimensionand adapt a positive outlook in life.
She said the Province is blessed with riches and resources and one of the untapped resources are the people.
