The family of the Late Ruby-Anne Laufa is calling on eye witnesses to come forward and let justice prevail.
This was said last night at a candle light vigil held at the Fort Banner Waigani UPNG Campus.
The former Miss PNG was attending the Legal Training Institute and was going back to repeat a number of courses before her untimely death.
