A new homeowner was glad to be handed the keys to his new homes built under the Gobuta Estate project in the nation’s capital.
The Gobuta Estate project is a joint venture partnership between the National Housing Estate Limited (NHEL) and Berkeley Capital.
The joint venture comes under the Government’s Public Private Partnership policy.
