With the hype on for this weekendโs Round 4 matches of the Capital Rugby Union, President Jacob Anga says 2017 is the year for change.
Anga adds that CRU will introduce new plans and put in place new structures that will benefit all.
The CRU President also states that the aim and challenge of this year is to focus more on quality, especially when it comes to promoting and lifting the name of the code.
