The opposition will not supportthe second vote and third reading ofthe extension ofthe grace period for a vote of no confidence in Government after eighteen months.
Leader Belden says supporting it will only give rise to bad governance and will ruinthe country.
He is appealing to ther members of parliament not to supportthe extension.
