For our PNG swimmers, their first swimming championships for this year will be the TNT championships, which will be held here in Port Moresby

Coach Xandro Molato has been focusing more on swimmers strengths’ and body movement to see how fast they can move in water.

The fitness training today was focused on upper body area by using endurance, power and strength. Specific diet regime will also be made known to the swimmers as the training continues.

Also present at the training was PNG Swimming President – Elizabeth Wells, lending a helping hand to the swimmers.

The train on squad will be doing their trainings at the Boroko Amateur Swimming Club and at the Yacht Club Gymnasium as they prepare themselves for upcoming events and the 2015 Pacific Games.
