The National Development Bank in Lae announced a low interest rate to encourage ordinary Papua New Guineato take part inthe business sector to be part of developin PNG’s economy through small and medium business enterprises.
NDBehas opened its doors to ordinary Papua New Guinea women to take part in small business enterprises. About K25 million in financial assistance fromthe National Government will be put forth to support Womenin Business.
To encourage small indigenous business inthe country,the NDBeNothern Region Manager, Tit’s Wrakonei saysthe Bank will offer low interest loans.
NDBehosted a road show last week atthe Sir Ignatius Kilage stadium in Lae. It’s an event which looked into encouraging women to take part in business activities.
