Minister for finance James Marape urged members ofthe G77 and China to work togther to achievetheir developments goals.
Minister Marape was addressingthe G77 High-Level Panel of Eminent Personalities Meeting in Fiji.
The G77 and China is made up of 132 UN Member States.
Marape’stood in for Prime Minister Peter O’Neill, who attendedthe opening ceremony inthe morning but had to return home for the visit tPNG by Prime Minister Gillard of Australia on Thursday.
Thetheme ofthe meeting was &ldquothe FutureLandscape of South-South cooperation.”
It refers to developing countries inthe G77 and China that share similar development aspirations.
