A week-long visit fromthe Pacific Games President Vidhya Lakhan andthe Executive Director Andrew Minogue ended on a high note with a lot of positive feedbacks.
Constructive changes have been delivered inthe past ten months and thus have satisfliedthe Pacific Games Council thaPNG will be ready to hostthe best Pacific Games in 2015.
President Lakhan and Mr. Minogue held a short briefing last week beforethey leftthe country.
Beth expressedtheir gratitude tothe level of support fromthPNG Government throughthe Sport Minister Justin Tkatchenko andthe Games Organizing Authority and committees for the high level of confidence.
However, due to loss of time aftePNG wonthe bid to hostocritical work remains to be done to meetthe deadlines for the construction ofthe Games facilities.
The council urges all stakeholders to work togther withthem to provide necessary facilities in a timely fashion.
Lakhan and Minogue both look forward to seeing futher improverments and developments whenthey next visitthe country.
