Capital Rugby Union goes into round 11 of matches this weekend with the highlight been the annual Capital challenge between the East and the West.
Known as the Capital Challenge a senior men’s squad has been named along with a women’s and Under 19 team to give clubs the opportunity to step up to the challenge.
