GOVERNOR GENERAL IMPRESS WITH INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENTS IN ENGA PROVINCE

The Governor General of Papua New Guinea His Excellency Grand Chief Sir Bob Dadae was given a site tour of major infrastructural projects during his second day of his official visit to Enga Province recently.

The Vice Regal was accompanied by Enga Governor Chief Sir Peter Ipatas where they visited the recently established Kakii Secondary School, Kopen National School of Excellence, New Referral Enga Provincial Hospital and Innovative University of Enga’s School of Business and Informatics at Akom along the Wabag and Wapenamanda electoral border.

Sir Bob was amazed by all the massive infrastructural development happening in the province acknowledging the people for keeping Sir Ipatas for a long time as their political head.

“With political stability in the province for a long time you see all these massive developments that will not only serve Enga but the region and the country as a whole. I must also acknowledge Sir Ipatas for your vision to make Enga the destination for both Health and Education,” he said.

The Vice Regal concluded his visit by presenting King Charles 50 Years Anniversary Medals to a total of 375 hardworking individuals who have committed their time and effort in serving our people and their communities which was held at the Graduation Hall of the Innovation University of Enga this morning.
