Tomorrow’s parliament session will be interesting for a number of reasons.
While the Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare will be farewelled, it will also be interesting to note where the country’s treasurer, Patrick Pruaitch will be sitting, after he seemingly turned the table on Prime Minister Peter O’Neill.
Patrick Pruaitch is the leader of the National Alliance Party, a member of the current coalition. It was also a party founded by Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare.
