Okapa District inthe Eastern Highlands Province launched its five year plan.
The plan comprises of 12 sectors designed in line withthe O’Neill Government Alotau Accord.
Okapa MP Isaac Waigavara said for the last 30 yearsthere was no development plan to assistthe district.
National Planning Minister Charles Abel receivedthe plan and said it is a road map to directthe district for effective service delivery.
