Isaiah Chillion, the Former Deputy Secretary for Constitutional Land Reform Commission, says Morobe’s Administrative Process needs to be changed.

Chillion who nominated for the Morobe Regional seat, said Morobe is being overtaken by Port Moresby as the industrial city due to, what he described, an administrative breakdown.
