The ExxonMobil round 9 between the Goroka Bintangor Lahanis and the Hela Wigman at the Goroka National Sports Institute yesterday saw Lahanis victorious with 22 points to Hela Wigman 14 points .
In the first 5 minutes into the game had seen the Hela Wigman Captain Junior Igila scoring the first try setting the score 6 to Lahanis 0 with kick successful.
Second try by Lahanis centre Joseph Moke see’s score at 8 with successful kick evening the scores another try by Lahanis Wing Safa Dait leaves score at Lahanis 16 and Wigmen 8.
Penalty kick by Wigman at half time leaves half time score Lahanis 16 and the Wigmen 8.
Opening the second half Wigman Left Centre Terence Wigman scoring try leaving score at Wigmen 14:16 with an unsuccessful kick.
Another try by Lahanis forward Ismael Gibson (16) saw Lahanis 20 with successful kick by Half back Joshua Jimmy leaving score at Lahanis 22 to Wigman 14.
Full time score saw Bintangor Goroka Lahanis defeating Krontons Hela Wigman 14.
