A 36-year-old man from Wara Talai village in Penabu Nali Sopat LLG in Manus was arrested and charged for Sexual Penetration of a minor.
Manus Police Commander, Chief Inspector David Yapu, said the accused Andrew Robin whilst under the influence of alcohol entered the victim’s house through the window whilst she was sleeping and sexually penetrated her without her consent.
The accused is now in Police custody.
He is expected to appear in before the Lorengau District Court this week.
