21 Candidates will be contesting for Central Bougainville

Sitting MP and People’s National Congress Party’s Jimmy Miringtoro is re-contesting the Central Bougainville Open seat.

Miringtoro is racing with 20 others for this seat which is the second highest of nominations accepted so far in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.

Independent candidates are numbering to 12, and among them are only two women candidates.
