YABIM LLG RECEIVES NEW ADMINISTRATION VEHICLE AS HUBE LLG TO RECEIVE NEW POLICE VEHICLE
Member for Finschhafen and Morobe Governoe Rainbo Paita, has reaffirmed his commitment to improving government service delivery and strengthening law and order with the presentation of a new administration vehicle for Yabim LLG and the announcement of a new police vehicle for Hube LLG.
The vehicle handover forms part of the F Finschhafen District Development Authority’s (FDDA) ongoing investment in equipping Local Level Governments and security agencies with the resources they need to effectively serve the people of Finschhafen.
The newly delivered open-back utility vehicle has been allocated to the Yabim LLG Administration to enhance mobility and improve the delivery of essential government services throughout the LLG.
In addition, Paita announced that a 10-seater police vehicle has been procured and will soon be presented at Hube LLG. The vehicle will be stationed at Pindiu Police Station to support policing operations across Burum, Kuat and Hube LLGs, strengthening security and improving police response to communities in the hinterland.
The FDDA has also confirmed that a vehicle for the Correctional Institution Service (CIS) has been included in the district budget and will be purchased once funding becomes available, ensuring continued support for all key security agencies.
The Finschhafen District Administration sincerely thanks Hon. Rainbo Paita and the FDDA Board for prioritising the procurement of vehicles to support district administration and frontline security services. Several other vehicles approved by the FDDA have already arrived in the district, with more expected to be progressively distributed to improve government operations and service delivery.
Mr. Paita said the investment demonstrates the district’s commitment to building a stronger, safer and better-connected Finschhafen where government services reach every community.
“Our people deserve efficient public services and a secure environment. These vehicles are practical investments that will enable our public servants and police officers to reach our communities, respond quickly, and deliver quality services to our people,” he said.
