The National Road Safety Council has urged all public and private vehicle owners to be responsible.
And that is to comply with road worthiness of vehicles as well as adhere to traffic rules.
This comes after last week’s “stop work” by PMV and Taxi operators in Port Moresby over allegations of unfair penalties at road checks.
