Further strengthening their business ties, Post PNG Limited presented Trukai Fun Run T-Shirts to the Bomana Police Training Academy today in Port Moresby.
As the highest bidder of the Trukai Fun Run auction, Post PNG limited also presented Trukai Industries with K11, 000.
As a token of appreciation of their arrangement with the Royal PNG Constabulary ex-service men and women, Post PNG Limited presented a total of 1,100 trukai Fun Run T-Shirts to the Royal PNG Constabulary New Recruits of Bomana today.
Since their establishment in 1952, this is the biggest event the company has participated in to support team PNG.
Deputy Police Commissioner Administrator Awen Sete, on behalf of the Commissioner, thanked Post PNG Limited for their logistical support over the years and expressed hope that the partnership would continue.
In their second year of participation, and as the highest single bidder at the Trukai Fun Run Auction, Post PNG Limited also presented a cheque of K11, 000 to Trukai Industries.
With 45 postal sites around the country, Post PNG hopes to that the partnership between Trukai Industries and the Royal PNG Constabulary will continue.
A total of 10 Centres will be taking part in this year’s Trukai Fun Run and the Royal PNG Constabulary will play a major role in securing the event, as well as the PNG Games and 2015 Pacific Games.
