Remington Raskals have taken the grand final trophy with a nine five victory against team ANZ in the cup grand final of the Port Moresby Corporate slow pitch softball competition held at the Bisini diamonds.

The entire season has seen tough matches and today match proved Raskals to take home the Grand Final trophy.

Remington led by pitcher William Pupun proved too strong in the carving out a hard fought win.

While ANZ were boosted by the spark in batting, Remington’s in-field cover was stepping up and they were able to halt ANZs runners.

In the plate final, PNG Power beat PAG, four one with evergreen captain Chris Bais leading the way and Interoil had a narrow twelve eleven victory over Digicel.
