Patak Maintains Fullback

Share the News
It’s another home ground campaign for the SP PNG Hunters against the second time around Redcliffe Dolphins.

Dolphins will be aiming not to repeat the round one mistakes while the Hunters remain hard to beat with Albert Patak maintained in the fullback position.

Despite the heavy downpour last weekend in Kokopo, the Souths Logan Magpies made a promising stand not to walk out scoreless.

The late comeback wasn’t helpful enough for Magpies but with the lesson learnt, they did not take lightly the Hunters outfit in their next meet.

The superb Hunters clinching onto third spot are up to continuing their winning mode against the Dolphins this weekend. Dolphins have counted mistakes done in their round one meet and now ready to fire back.

The visitors are banking on their heavy solid pack as they’re looking for a win to move up a notch from their current eight placing.

Coach Michael Marum is sticking with the last weekend team line up with only one change.

Adex Wera makes a return from injury but off the bench while Albert Patak maintains the full back position. Timothy Lomai returning from injury will move into starting side at prop, partnering Esau Siune.

This will be the second match for the Hunters after the relocation of Camp from Bomana Police College to Kokopo.
