NCD Governor, Powes Parkop, says human resources must be the focus to secure a better future for the next generation of Papua New Guineans.
Governor Parkop says despite the non-renewable resources pumping significant money into PNG’s revenue collection, fair consideration must be given to the human resource sector.
He made this statement following the opening of boarding facilities for Mapex Training Institute in Port Moresby.
