Secretary of the Public Enterprises Department was speaking at the recent Ramu Grid Roundtable Stakeholders Meeting in Madang. He said PNG is at the cast of major change to take place in the energy revolution.
The Stakeholders’ meeting was an important avenue to address power requirements.
He said industries should submit their profile demand and proposed solutions so that PNG Power can address these demands.
“Papua New Guinea plays host to a variety of energy sources from thermal, wind, hydro and mineral-based,” the Secretary said.
