South Bougainville MP, Timothy Masiu has slammed the Border Development Authority for failing to drive development activities along the border communities of Bougainville and the Solomon Islands.
Mr. Masiu says the set up of infrastructure and facilities like police, quarantine and immigration, is important for surveillance and control.
And the National Government must initiate a dialogue with the Solomon Island’s Government to control movement within their borders.
