Customary landowners of Madang Town are calling on the government to settle their outstanding royalties.
Nop Seseku Incorporated Land Group Chairman, Suegi Kelebob, said they have now given the government a 7-day ultimatum to address their grievances.
A non-favourable response from the government will see the town, airport and main wharf, shutdown.
