The Task Force Investigation into the identity of the person who had leaked the selection information prior to its official publication, has identified a suspect.
DHERST Secretary, Father Jan Czuba said the matter has been treated as criminal.
He said only three Universities had requested for the PDF file of the selection list.
A staff member of the University of Papua New Guinea was identified to have shared the information to someone in Lae, hence it ended up on social media (facebook).
Fr. Czuba said the online selection was not affected by this, rather, it had helped in identifying who exactly leaked the information and to whom the information was shared.
