Gold Coast Dolphins unbeaten

PNG Cricketers on Scholarship in Australia were in action with their respective clubs in the Gold Coast Cricket Competition.

The Women’s Gold Coast Dolphins remain unbeaten after five rounds, a 17- run win over South Brisbane.

PNG Women Cricketers have done well with the Gold Coast Dolphins scoring 6 over 143 off their 35 overs beating South Brisbane.

The ladies pulled off well with great performance on the field.

With only six months to live and play cricket in Australia the ladies have already proven fit and skilled in the sport.

Through this experience players will have the chance to develop their cricketing skills while also learning how to cope and perform in a foreign city.

These are skills that will increase the players’ chance of success at the highest level of cricket.

South Brisbane was bowled out for 126 with Pauke Siaka picking up 4 wickets, Norma Ovasuru and Tanya Ruma picking up a wicket each.
