The funeral service for the late Kumuls player will be held at the Sione Kami Memorial Church at 5 Mile in the National Capital District. It will be held on Friday January 12 at 10am.
Chairman for the Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League, Sandis Tsaka said a post mortem is arranged for the late Kato Ottio tonight.
“The family early this afternoon agreed for a post mortem to be done on late Kato to determine the cause of death,” Tsaka said.
Ottio will be buried at the 9 Mile cemetery outside Port Moresby later in the afternoon on Friday.
Ottio, as Rugby League tradition dictates, is Kumul number 269.
