Easipay SMS token issue Mobile provider’s duty: PNG Power

Customers of the Easipay system in Tari, Kokopo, Rabaul, Bialla and Wewak have been affected by the non-delivery of electricity tokens from a Mobile service provider’s Short Messaging Service, or SMS.

In a media statement this afternoon, PNG Power Limited said the issue was to be rectified by Digicel, whose customers are affected.

Customers are asked to contact the PPL National Call Centre to redeem copies of tokens on 7090 8000 or 7500 8000. The centre can also be reached via email on: callcentre@pngpower.com.pg.

The mobile provider’s Customer Care team are also on stand-by for enquiries.

The statement advised customers that Easipay will be available at Vending Sites, through BSP Mobile Banking,
ANZ Go Money Mobile Banking and through the BMobile network.
