Boas and Albert to Lead Hunters

The SP Hunters 2017 Intrust Super Cup season was launched last night at SP Brewery. During the launching, the captain for the 2017 season was announced by Chairman, Graham Osborne.

Ase Boas, who has been with the team since the start in 2014, was appointed captain.

Wellington Albert, who spent 2 years playing for the Penrith Panthers U20 team,  who made a comeback to join the Hunters this season, was appointed Vice Captain.

Both players were surprised, saying they did not expect to be appointed to the team’s lead roles.

The newly-appointed captains are looking forward to the season, and are ready to lead the team this year.
