AGRICULTURE WAY FORWARD

Involving in agricultural activities is a way forward for all citizens should they want to see changes in the community.

Prime Minister James Marape said one way to reduce poverty and lawlessness in the country is to partake in different farming activities.

He said this would help bring self-sustainability in communities where more business activities are happening.

“Plough the field and you will get more money. We cannot attend to all your problems.” said Prime Minister Marape.

He made these remarks during the parliament sitting after being questioned by opposition leader Joseph Lelang on current inflation faced by Papua New Guineans in the country.

PM Marape emphasized that our country has many resources which people should make use of to sustain their own lives, highlighting that agriculture is the way to go.
