School Leavers and Non- School leavers residing in Port Moresby can now apply for scholarship with the Technical Vocational Education Training or TVET program.

The program is an initiative of the Governor for NCD Powes Parkop and Member for Moresby South Justin Tkatchenko.
It has been running for five years and aims at educating youths to be positive in life.
