In the Morobe Province, the principal of a primary school located in one of Lae city's Marijuana trading hotspots says the government needs to get to roots of Lae's drug problem.
He says education opportunities, roads and an environment that supports income generation will ease the problem.
That call has been echoed by community leaders from settlements in Lae City.
