Sitting Governor for Northern Province and People’s Movement for Change Leader, Gary Juffa, is calling on the NCD Governor, and the Sports Commission, to allow political parties to host rallies at sporting venues in the city.
Juffa says these venues built from taxpayer’s funds should be made available to the public in what is the most important event in the country, the National Election.
