Yagama: Academic Transcript For Assistance

An allocation of K3.5 million has been budgeted to assist Usino Bundi students enrolled in higher education institutions around the country this year.

However in assisting students, Usino Bundi MP, Anthon Yagama, has called on students to prioritize their learning as this assistance is a privilege. “Students should be prioritizing their education over other matters while studying in their field of interest”, added Mr Yagama.

Recently, Students from University of Papua New Guinea, Pacific Adventist University, Institute of Business Studies, and Don Bosco Technical College received their scholarship assistance.

Meanwhile, Mr Yagama said second batch of funding has been secured and institutions should submit confirmed list of students enrolled for full completion of school fee payment.

Mr Yagama further stated that continuing students will have to provide their transcripts for continuation of scholarship beginning next year. Over 570 students will be assisted this year in 74 higher education institutions around the country.
