The Vocal Fusion Battle of Two Seasons (VF BOTS) 3&4 Top 8 team has gone on NASFUND FM 100 Talk Back Show today, just before the Live recording at the Cosmopolitan in Port Moresby tonight, Wednesday 29 March, 2017.
Though they have been on television, nationwide, most have never been on a radio show and it has been yet another epic experience for them.
The team were at the station this morning to be a part of the FM 100 Talkback Show program, as well as doing awareness to their fans and friends to attend the Live Recordings on Wednesday nights at The Cosmopolitan in Port Moresby.
Talking on the radio, the contestants speak about their journey in Vocal Fusion and of the relationships they have established during and after Vocal Fusion.
“Though we are from different parts of the country, we became a family once we come together for the competition,” said Season 4 Top 7 finalist, Dylan Au.
Au mentioned that leaving their friends due to eliminations after each show is a sad situation; however, he said they still have a bond as the Vocal Fusion family.
Mt Hagen’s female contestant, Annette Poipoi, added that whilst being in Port Moresby, the contestants live as a family, however, are reminded that they are in a competition, especially during rehearsals.
“When we go for rehearsals, and when the coach (vocal) speaks to us, that is the time we are reminded of the competition we are in,” said Poipoi.
Also giving their feedback of the comments from the Vocal Fusion judges, during their performances, the contestants agreed that the comments help them to improve and correct their mistakes.
The co-host for FM 100 Talkback Show, Douglas Dimagi, and host, Bonner Tito, engaged the team with interview questions and lively discussions.
