UOT Eyes a New Double-Storey Messing Facility this Year

PNG University of Technology will also build a new double-storey messing facility this year to replace the burnt down mess from the 2016 students protests.

Minister for Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology, Francis Marus, says the government will deliver the K35-million building before the elections.

This comes at a time when the Government is taking cost-cutting measures in public health, education and infrastructural development.
