The plan to turn East New Britain Province into a tourism hub is not timely.
Michael Turkia, a local business consultant says many things are not being showcased by the province to prove its worth as a tourism destination.
Mr. Turkia whilst highlighting the need for proper toilet facilities at tourism sites like the Bitapaka War Cemetery as well as illiteracy among tour guides says these are some deficiencies that will hinder the progress of a tourism industry in the province.
