The man leading a class action against Rabaul Shipping over the Rabaul Queen disaster has commended the seafarers of Lutheran shipping for speaking out against the company’s poor safety record.
Tommy Yep says the captain and crew of the Gejamsao and Mamose put their jobs on the line by going on strike and speaking out.
His comments come after the captain and crew of the Gejamsao and Mamose revealed how serious safety breaches that has been ignored by the company.
