A rugby league team calling themselves ‘Watch Dogs’ now have a new and smarter look, thanks to the generosity of local businessman, Carl Okuk, who sponsored the team’s new sets of equipment and jerseys.
The team from the 5-mile area in Port Moresby is aiming to make it to the top in the Coca Cola Ipatas Cup this season.
The Watch Dogs boasts bringing competition top their opposition in the Coca Cola Ipatas Cup.
As proven by their performance last year, where they went all the way to knock outs and missed out the finals.
New inclusions this year have the likes of Intercity Cup veteran Walter Hasu, who is expected to bring years of experience and guidance to the team.
With competitions kicking off today, the team looks to better their last performance.
