Qatar Ambassador Presents Credentials

Governor-general Sir Bob Dadae today hosted Qatar’s representative to PNG at Government House.

His Excellency, Ammed Bin Jassim Mohammed Ali Al-Hamar was recently appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Papua New Guinea and is the first diplomatic representative of Qatar to PNG.

The Ambassador today presented his Letter of Credence to Sir Bob Dadae today at Government House.

Sir Bob congratulated Ammed Bin Jassim Mohammed Ali Al-Hamar on his appointment to PNG, and wished him well during his term.

In welcoming Ambassador Al-Hamar, Sir Bob encouraged the Ambassador to encourage bilateral relations between both countries in the areas of development.
