2015 Pacific Games Gold medalist, Nigel Bana, told EMTV Sports that training and preparations are going well for the Oceania Karate Championships to be staged in Sydney, Australia, next week.
This will be his second Oceania event and is also the Olympic Qualifier for the martial artist.
