PM O’Neill to Vote Tomorrow as polls deferred again

Prime Minister Peter O’Niell is expected to finally cast his vote in his local village, Kauvo in Ialibu Pangia, Southern Highlands tomorrow .

This comes after polling in his district was delayed due to election materials arriving only today.

On Friday, the District was supposed to have gone to the polls. However, that did not happenend.

In a media conference on Friday afternoon, Mr. O’Neill was disappointed the polling was deferred. However, he said he understands challenges the Electoral Commission is facing. But the long wait is now over as preparations for polling are underway in Pangia Station.
