Prime Minister, Peter O’Neill, was in the Abau District in the Central Province yesterday for the largest boat race held along the Aroma Coast.
Named the Peter O’Neill Cup, the Prime Minister said his support towards the race is to create a tourist attraction to the area.
PM O’Neill said the canoe race will also help to build community spirit.
